first of all remove battery and connect device using boot point
open device manager and check port QUALCOMM HS-QDLOADER 9008 COM port if port not showing in device manager just install Qualcomm USB drivers now open file
write 9008 port number and press enter again press enter file will be start now wait 10 to 20 Mints after complete file device will be alive
